ASSA ABLOY in the UK is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to partner with the Portobello Operations team, providing expert guidance across a fast-paced manufacturing environment and helping to shape a positive workplace culture.

You will lead employee relations and coach managers, support recruitment and development, drive change and wellbeing initiatives, and analyse HR trends to inform people strategies that support both colleagues and business growth.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD Level 5 qualified with proven HR Advisor-level experience.
• Experience in employee relations and handling complex matters.
• Experience in unionised environments and building Trade Union relationships.
• Proven ability to support organisational change and business transformation initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert HR advice to managers and operational leaders.
• Lead employee relations activities including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance management, and TU engagement.
• Support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and capability initiatives across the site.
• Drive organisational change, employee engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyse HR trends and metrics to inform decision-making and people strategies.
