Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking an experienced VP Sales, EMEA for a fast-growing mobile adtech business expanding across Europe. You will lead the regional commercial team, drive new business, customer growth and overall revenue performance.

In this role you will own regional revenue forecasting, build a high-performing sales and customer success organization, develop strategic relationships with advertisers and agencies, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to execute

Qualifications

• Mobile ad tech commercial leadership experience.
• Strong experience within the mobile advertising and programmatic ecosystem is essential.
• Proven track record with a Mobile DSP or related AdTech business.
• Experience leading Sales and ideally Customer Success teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth across EMEA.
• Existing network of mobile app ecosystem.
• Strong commercial, operational and leadership skills.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Customer Success across EMEA.
• Own regional revenue growth, forecasting and commercial strategy.
• Drive new customer acquisition alongside expansion of existing accounts.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team.
• Develop strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies and key partners.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver go-to-market success.
• Represent the business at key industry events across EMEA.
