Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking an experienced commercial leader to join a fast growing Mobile AdTech business as Director of Growth, EMEA. You will lead the regional commercial team, driving new business, customer growth and revenue across the region.

Based in London with flexible hybrid working, you will own regional revenue growth, forecasting and go-to-market strategy, build a high-performing team, develop strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies and partners, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership within AdTech (from the description)
• Strong experience in mobile advertising and programmatic ecosystems
• Proven track record leading Sales and Customer Success teams
• Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth across EMEA
• Existing network of advertisers, agencies and partners within mobile advertising
• Strong commercial, operational and leadership skills
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Customer Success across UK & EMEA
• Own regional revenue growth, forecasting and commercial strategy
• Drive new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team
• Develop strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies and partners
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations on go-to-market
• Represent the business at key industry events across EMEA
