Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking an EMEA UX Lead based in the UK, reporting to the Sr Director IBE & Digital at the Hill’s Regional Omni Acceleration Centre in Woking. You will lead a four‑person team including a Website Specialist, Digital Product Manager and Digital Analyst, overseeing Hill’s EMEA web ecosystem and digital tools.

You will drive strategy, performance and development of best‑in‑class websites for pet parents and VHCT, aligning local market needs with global IT and product

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in an eCommerce/digital marketing/product environment on the edge of business and IT
• Bachelor or Master degree in a creative discipline (e.g., maths, statistics, economics or CS) or equivalent experience
• Strong project management and ability to meet timelines across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables)
• Knowledge of digital strategies and trends
• Experience with User Feedback Tools and Web/Online Analytics Platforms (Qualtrics, Full Story, Glassbox, GA, GA4, Google Optimize)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage simultaneous projects
• Strong initiative and results oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage Hill’s EMEA web ecosystem to maximize user engagement and conversions
• Represent EMEA digital priorities globally and steer web strategy and tool deployment
• Drive technical integrations and empower local teams with third-party solutions
• Oversee regional marketing alignment and web content localization across markets
• Partner with Global teams to align plans with global strategy
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize engagement and funnels
• Deliver governance with IT to ensure best-in-class UX
• Lead deployment and KPI tracking of Hill’s digital tools across EMEA
• Mentor and develop direct reports
