Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an EMEA UX Lead to manage strategy, performance, and development of best-in-class websites and digital tools for pet parents and VHCT. Based in Woking, you will supervise a team of four, gather requirements, prioritize improvements, and coordinate with Global teams to grow our digital presence.

You will report to the Sr Director IBE & Digital at Hill’s Regional Omni Acceleration Centre (OAC) and drive governance, analytics, and rollout of Vet Ecosystem Tools across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ecommerce/digital marketing/product environments.
• Bachelor or Master in a creative discipline or equivalent.
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Manage Hill’s EMEA web ecosystem to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Represent EMEA priorities globally while steering web strategy, search, personalization, and tool deployment.
• Drive technical integrations and empower local teams with third-party digital solutions.
• Oversee regional marketing alignment and web content localization across markets.
• Partner with Global teams to ensure plans align with global strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize engagement and funnels.
• Establish KPIs and implement analytics tagging frameworks.
• Enable local markets to evaluate performance with self-service dashboards.
• Deliver governance and collaborate with IT to ensure best-in-class UX.
• Drive rollout of Vet Ecosystem Tools and eCommerce initiatives across EMEA.
• Serve as liaison between global IT and market leaders; lead steering committees.
