Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an EMEA UX Lead to manage the strategy, performance, and development of top digital platforms for pet parents and VHCT teams. You will oversee a team including a Website Specialist, a Digital Product Manager, and a Digital Analyst, aligning digital tools with global standards.

You will partner with Global IT and country leadership to roll out initiatives, track KPIs, and drive analytics governance across markets, ensuring best-in-class UX and engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in eCommerce/digital marketing/product roles with IT/business alignment.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a creative discipline or equivalent.
• Strong project management with cross-functional stakeholders and timelines.
• Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Deep knowledge of digital strategies and trends.
• Experience with user feedback tools and web analytics platforms (Qualtrics, Full Story, Glassbox, GA, Optimize).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Strong initiative and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hill's EMEA web ecosystem to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Represent EMEA digital priorities globally and steer web strategy, search, and tool deployment.
• Drive technical integrations and empower local teams with third-party solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize engagement funnels.
• Establish KPIs and analytics tagging frameworks with Global teams.
• Enable local markets with self-service analytics dashboards.
• Provide technical governance and collaborate with IT for UX excellence.
• Lead rollout of Vet Ecosystem Tools and eCommerce initiatives across EMEA.
• Serve as liaison between global IT and market leaders; guide steering committees.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive talent growth and performance.
