Colgate is seeking an experienced UX Lead for EMEA, focusing on Pet Parent & Professional ecosystems. You will manage a four-person team and collaborate with Global IT and product teams to ensure local markets benefit from aligned digital tools and insights for better engagement.

The role reports to the Sr Director IBE & Digital at the Hill’s Regional Omni Acceleration Centre and is based in Woking, with 25% travel for Vet and partner collaborations.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in eCommerce/digital marketing or product environments.
• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in a creative discipline or CS.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering across IT and business.
• Strong Excel skills and capability with analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Hill’s EMEA web ecosystem to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Represent EMEA priorities globally and drive web strategy, search, personalization, and tool deployment.
• Oversee KPI tracking, analytics tagging, and self-service dashboards for regional markets.
• Lead deployment and evolution of digital tools across EMEA with IT and global product teams.
