Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and role-based learning pathways across EP and CAM audiences.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtual with strong knowledge transfer.
• Travel as required to deliver in-person training across the region.
• Maintain in-office presence aligned to business demand and key learning initiatives.
• Create and maintain product training programs guiding system navigation and feature adoption.
• Independently publish e-learning content within the LMS and develop reusable assets.
