Job summary

Ticketmaster in London is seeking a Trainer for Support & Operations, EMEA to design and deliver scalable education programs that enable operational excellence across the region. The role focuses on Host Markets, ensuring teams have system knowledge and practical skills to work confidently within Host-based operations for events.

The position supports in-person, virtual, and LMS-based learning, including Client Education Day sessions and partnerships with EP and CAM teams to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Experience training teams in live entertainment or ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of Event Programming processes in Host Markets.
• Experience with TM1 products and translating functionality into training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and role-based learning pathways across EP and CAM audiences.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually with effective knowledge transfer.
• Travel as required to deliver in-person training across the region.
• Operate with a flexible in-office presence aligned to business demand.
• Maintain alignment with evolving market processes and requirements.
• Create and maintain product training programs for system navigation and feature adoption.
• Partner with EP leadership and Ops stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
• Develop content supporting automation and tech-enabled event builds.
• Educate EP teams on efficiency tools to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Act as SME to improve operational performance through structured learning.
