Job summary

TicketWeb in London is seeking a Trainer, Support & Operations to design and deliver scalable education programs for the EMEA region. You will ensure teams have system knowledge and practical skills for Host-based operations, with a focus on TM1, event programming, and product updates.

The role requires travel for in-person training, delivering sessions across regions, and maintaining LMS content aligned with corporate learning goals.

Qualifications

• Experience training teams in live entertainment or ticketing context.
• Ability to deliver in-person, virtual and LMS-based training.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and role-based learning paths for EP and CAM audiences.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually with effective knowledge transfer.
• Travel as required to deliver in-person training across the region.
• Maintain alignment with evolving market processes and operational requirements.
• Develop modular learning content and publish within the LMS, tracking adoption metrics.
