Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking an Associate to support post‑award tenders and contracts across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Tender and Contract Country Managers, the EMEA Senior Tender and Contracts Manager, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely execution of commercial activities.

Key responsibilities include managing post‑award tasks, coordinating with Legal and Compliance, and maintaining contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in sales support, tender coordination or related commercial roles.
• Strong project management and contract administration abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage post‑award tender and contract tasks across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Sales to ensure documentation is current and compliant.
• Oversee contract maintenance and communications with internal teams and customers.
• Review tender pipelines and update contract modifiers and pricing where needed.
• Act as first point of contact for tender pricing discrepancies and resolutions.
• Support data portals and pricing tools used across EMEA and collaborate with Pricing team.
• Assist with pre‑award strategic tenders and general tasks across the region.
• Monitor tender portal notifications and ensure timely communications.
