Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Tender and Contract Specialist to support post-award activities in the EMEA region. You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Sales teams to ensure compliance and timely contract updates.

The role requires managing distributor agreements, handling pricing discrepancies, and maintaining data portals while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong written communication.
• Experience in commercial functions (Sales Support, Tender Coordinator or marketing).
• Proven contract management and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-award tender and contract tasks across the EMEA region as directed by the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Quality for distributor agreements and related documents.
• Maintain contract data, notify stakeholders of changes, and ensure timely updates to country managers.
