Job summary

Vernacare seeks an experienced Tenders, Contracts Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end tender and contract management across the group. You will coordinate submissions, ensure compliance, and work with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.

This remote role requires occasional travel to Vernacare locations and customer meetings. You will develop a robust tender pipeline and govern contracts, renewals and pricing obligations while supporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and submitting complex tenders and bids.
• Experience in healthcare, public sector or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of tendering, contract administration and commercial processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of electronic tender portals and document management.
• Experience maintaining contracts, frameworks or renewal registers.
• Demonstrable track record supporting successful tender outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity assessment to submission.
• Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of tender responses, framework applications and pricing proposals.
• Maintain a forward-looking tender, contract and framework pipeline.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from internal subject matter experts.
• Conduct compliance and quality reviews to ensure submissions meet customer requirements.
• Maintain tender governance, document control, approval records and audit trails.
• Manage contract renewals, framework agreements and pricing obligations.
• Maintain a central register of contracts, frameworks and renewal dates.
• Develop and maintain a tender response library and reusable content repository.
• Monitor tender performance, submission outcomes and future resource planning.
• Support market access activities and new product introductions across the Group.
• Coach and support tender administration resources where required.
