Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Manager of Professional Education – EMEA to lead regional education programs, engage KOLs, and translate global strategies into localized, compliant execution. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to drive adoption of priority technologies across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MSc preferred.
5+ years in professional education, sales training, or healthcare program management.
Fluency in English required; additional European languages preferred.
Travel 40–60% across the EMEA region.
Experience with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements in EMEA.

Responsibilities

Lead regional professional education programs (cadaver labs, symposia, speaker programs, digital learning).
Translate global strategy into localized execution aligned with regional priorities.
Develop education programs communicating clinical and economic outcomes of company technologies.
Improve processes, systems, and delivery models for scalability and efficiency.
Oversee end-to-end education program execution including faculty engagement and logistics.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
