Job summary

TrueCommerce is seeking a Manager of TechOps for EMEA to lead the regional hub and translate the global infrastructure roadmap into regional execution. You will own infrastructure, network, database operations, and site reliability to ensure secure, high-performing technology for customers and teams across markets.

You will guide an 5-person EMEA team, drive automation, and leverage AI to scale operations while maintaining data residency and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

8+ years IT infrastructure or tech ops experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience managing regional or multi-site infra across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Hands-on experience in networking, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), virtualization, and storage.
Strong grounding in ITIL-aligned service management (incident, problem, and change).

Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA Regional Operations Hub as the regional pillar of the global hub-and-spoke model.
Execute the global infrastructure roadmap within EMEA, adapting for GDPR and data residency.
Serve as senior regional escalation point for infrastructure issues.
Oversee infrastructure, network, and database operations for high availability.
Lead Level 2 application support and site reliability for the region.
Drive automation across monitoring, patching, and provisioning processes.
Report regional performance and risks to global leadership.
Lead hiring and grow a high-performing EMEA team.
