Job summary

TrueCommerce, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head the EMEA Client Management function, owning retention, expansion, satisfaction, and commercial growth across the region. The Director will coach Account Managers and develop leaders to deliver proactive engagement and measurable net retention outcomes.

The role requires experience in SaaS or technology client management, with the ability to bring structure, discipline, and scalable processes to a growing team facing a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Account Management or Customer Success leadership in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to coach and develop growing teams through change.
• Experience managing retention, expansion, and customer outcomes across a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full EMEA Client Management team across retention, expansion, customer satisfaction and growth.
• Own the team quota and drive accountable performance.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on net retention, addons, upsell and strong execution.
