Job Description:

Technical Engineer EMEA

The Technical Engineer will provide technical support and field assistance to our engineers, ensuring projects are installed correctly, adhering to company and industry standards. The role includes supporting the Design and Sales teams with project compliance, technical support for internal systems (IT, Security, Intruder, CCTV), and server management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Commission, test, and troubleshoot projects throughout EMEA.
2. Ensure adherence to technical standards on all projects.
3. Contribute to the technical design and delivery of complex, global projects.
4. Support colleagues within the EMEA region as the technical department expands.
5. Provide service and maintenance support, resolving technical issues, commissioning, and programming, including remote support.
6. Assist in business development initiatives.
7. Document and define technical service offerings for customers.
8. Develop processes for commissioning, QA/QC, and project sign-off.
9. Travel to sites to meet clients and build relationships.
10. Hands-on commissioning of projects.
11. Engage in service cases and resolve technical problems.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Requirements include expertise with enterprise-level access control systems such as Lenel, S2, CCure, Openpath, Feenics, AMAG, ProWatch, Genetec, and enterprise CCTV and Video Management Systems like Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon.
