Job summary

Perplexity AI in London is seeking a Recruiter to shape our talent foundation as we scale. This is not a traditional recruiting role; you will combine hands-on sourcing with a systems mindset, leveraging AI to automate and sharpen your workflow.

You will partner with hiring managers and engineers to identify, engage, and attract world-class talent for AI, research, and infrastructure, building outbound pipelines and talent maps across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• A sourcing-first track record delivering hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong technical literacy able to hold credible conversations with senior engineers.
• A builder's instinct for AI, eager to adopt new tools and automate workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Curiosity, iteration, and impact aligned with building what has never been built.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA.
• Build outbound pipelines: advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, and AI-assisted automation.
• Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles with accuracy and nuance.
• Tell an authentic story about our mission, product, and culture to candidates.
• Track and analyze pipeline data to improve sourcing strategy and build tooling if needed.
• Operate with agility as priorities shift and timelines compress.
