Google DeepMind in London is seeking a Staffing Operations Associate to support hiring across our technical teams. You will collaborate with recruiters to deliver a candidate-centric hiring experience, manage scheduling, logistics, and travel needs, and ensure a high-touch service.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, scalable processes, and a commitment to fair and inclusive hiring while upholding Google DeepMind's safety and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, in house.
• Experience hiring for research scientist, research engineers and software engineers.
• Experience utilizing sourcing strategies and working with applicants.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for critical GDM technical teams across the EMEA region.
• Identify staffing gaps and develop solutions to improve hiring processes.
• Communicate clearly between TA and business; build stakeholder relationships.
• Represent GDM at external events to strengthen relationships and engage with applicants; tailor TA strategies for EMEA.
• Leverage AI to enhance recruitment efficiency and impact.
