Chainalysis is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring for Engineering and Product roles across the EMEA region. This high‑volume, outbound‑heavy role demands proactive pipeline building, direct sourcing, and close collaboration with R&D leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and Product Managers.
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability; you build your own pipeline via direct outreach, not just inbound applications.
• High AI proficiency; you use AI to build pipelines, workflows, processes, and documentation.
• Experience recruiting technical talent in SaaS, AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity, in fast‑paced product environments.
• Consistently use data to inform decisions and advise hiring managers through the process.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow‑through on every requisition.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing across AI, crypto, and fintech to identify top Software Engineers.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referrals, community outreach, and campaigns.
• Own full lifecycle recruiting for R&D roles from intake and sourcing through offers and close.
• Deliver a thoughtful, personalized candidate experience and move candidates efficiently through the process.
• Partner with R&D leaders to calibrate expectations and share market insights on talent and compensation.
• Use pipeline health metrics and channel data to guide decisions and promote diversity in searches.
