Job summary

Zeta Global in London is seeking a Talent Partner to lead recruitment across the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers and the Global Talent Acquisition team to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while promoting an inclusive candidate experience.

The role combines hands-on recruitment with broader People initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment and is based at our London office in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or People & Culture in a high-growth tech business.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across EMEA.
• Experience recruiting across commercial and technical functions in B2B tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, partnering with hiring managers and Global Talent Acquisition.
• Recruit across a diverse portfolio of commercial and technical roles, build proactive pipelines.
• Advise on recruitment strategy and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management and offers.
• Ensure inclusive, efficient recruitment processes across EMEA markets.
• Own onboarding experience from offer to start date and beyond.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with managers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and wider People team on transitions.
• Gather feedback to improve recruitment and onboarding.
