Job summary

Morningstar is seeking a Talent Management Lead to shape development across EMEA. You will lead the design, delivery, and evolution of high-impact talent initiatives, including the Manager Academy, and partner with the global Early Careers team to ensure a consistent and engaging experience.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Talent Management, you will blend program management, instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement to build leadership capability and drive Morningstar's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Program Management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Strong instructional design expertise and ability to create learner-centered experiences.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent development programs across EMEA, including the Manager Academy.
• Partner with Head of EMEA Talent Management to deliver strategic talent initiatives.
• Design engaging, learner-centered experiences using modern instructional design practices and AI-enabled tools.
• Create high-quality learning materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, communications, surveys, and evaluation tools.
• Facilitate New Manager Training and selected Early Careers programs.
• Collaborate with global Early Careers team to ensure a consistent development experience across EMEA.
• Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, business leaders, facilitators, and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Manage multiple initiatives with project plans, budgets, vendors, and logistics.
• Measure program effectiveness using feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights to drive improvements.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning design and delivery.
