Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support non-technical recruiting for our EMEA team. This hybrid role requires going into our Apsley, Hemel Hempstead office with links to Apsley Train Station and the M1 on Mondays and Wednesdays.

This is a fixed-term contract for up to one year to cover maternity leave. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and vendors, and promoting a strong recruiting culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to analyze position needs and duties.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and managers.
• Maintain ATS candidate documentation and track department metrics.
