Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Recruiter for its Talent team in London to own full-cycle recruiting of G&A roles across EMEA. You will source, screen, manage stakeholders, and close candidates, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and deliver a strong candidate experience.

You’ll run rigorous interview processes, align with global strategy, and contribute to a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and ownership is valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A with focus on Policy, Finance, Legal or People
• Experience recruiting in the UK and European market with knowledge of local norms
• Strong stakeholder partnership and ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to roam across functions
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality
• Self-starter with autonomy and alignment to global strategy
• Genuine alignment with Anthropic's mission in recruiting context

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build sourcing strategies
• Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse pipelines
• Run structured, candidate-centric interview processes that uphold hiring bar
• Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and great experience
• Collaborate with Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and close
• Use data to track pipeline health and share insights for decisions
