Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA) contractor to scale regional headcount and partner with GTM leadership. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build consultative relationships with stakeholders, and drive programmatic initiatives such as employer branding to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

You will engage with regional teams across Europe, managing a diverse req-load from entry to executive level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house recruitment in dynamic GTM/Sales within hyper growth SaaS/Tech.
• Strong communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics to drive hiring outcomes.
• Resilient, with urgency and integrity in fast-paced environments.
• Experience across multiple European territories; BA/BS preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with heads of sales and leadership with data-driven insights.
• Lead scalable recruitment strategies for high-growth environments.
• Attract passive talent through creative sourcing in GTM/Sales domains.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor the recruiting team.
• Lead cross-functional projects like regional talent branding and diversity programs.
