Job summary

The company is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical voice in a customer-facing role from our London or Dublin offices. You will guide customers toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on end-to-end GRC solutions within a strategic sales context.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, deliver tailored demonstrations across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA, and influence product feedback while ensuring a smooth post-sale handoff and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in a solutions/ sales engineer role.
Experience with B2B SaaS and pre-sales activities.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic technical partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
Perform strategic discovery and validate use cases to align solutions with business impact.
Validate feasibility and guide stakeholders toward a shared end-to-end solution.
Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how GRC programmes are automated and integrated.
Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deals and align on success criteria.
Ensure smooth post-sale handoff to the delivery teams and gather feedback for product.
