Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Solutions Engineer to guide customers toward feasible, aligned end-to-end solutions. You’ll be part of the Sales team, shaping technical feasibility, validating use cases, and driving the deal to closure.

The role is based from the London or Dublin office with a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence on Tue–Thu. You will work with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and have scripting basics (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript).

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, GRC consultant, or equivalent customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Conduct Strategic Discovery and Deal Qualification with Account Executives to uncover pain points and validate use cases.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how the solution solves the customer’s problem, including integrations across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA.
• Coordinate post-sale handoff and ensure a smooth transition to post-sales teams with documented designs and risks.
• Provide market feedback to the Product team to prioritise functionality and drive opportunities.
