Job summary

Vanta seeks a Solutions Engineer in a London/Dublin hybrid setup. You will guide customers toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on end-to-end GRC solutions, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.

You will deliver tailored demonstrations across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA, validate integrations, and collaborate with Account Executives to shape deals and ensure a smooth post-sale handoff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, GRC consultant, or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Previous B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and active listening abilities.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and OS.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Conduct strategic discovery and deal qualification with Account Executives.
• Validate technical feasibility and guide stakeholders toward a shared vision.
• Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations showing how Vanta solves customer problems.
• Shape deals by aligning success criteria with Vanta strengths.
• Ensure smooth post-sale handoff to the delivery team.
• Provide structured market feedback to the Product team.
• Support customers throughout their trial process.
