Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Solutions Engineer in London or Dublin with an office-centric hybrid schedule. You will act as a trusted technical voice, guiding customers toward clarity on end‑to‑end GRC solutions, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA alignments, and work closely with Account Executives on complex deals.

You’ll deliver tailored demonstrations, validate integrations, and help shape deals while supporting customers through trials and post‑sales handoffs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong strategic problem-solving abilities and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with storytelling and active listening.
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy and curiosity to uncover needs and urgency.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud architecture knowledge.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and service integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic sales partner, owning the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Strategic Discovery and Deal Qualification: work with Account Executives to uncover pain points and validate use cases.
• Secure the Solution Win and Alignment: validate feasibility and guide stakeholders toward a shared end‑to‑end solution.
• High‑Impact Technical Validation: deliver tailored demonstrations showing how Vanta solves the client’s problem.
• Solution Strategy and Deal Shaping: align success criteria with Vanta’s strengths and surface risks.
• Post‑Sale Handoff and Continuity: create a handoff document for the post‑sales team.
• Cross‑Functional Feedback: provide market feedback to Product for prioritization.
• Support customers during trials and throughout deployment.
• Cultivate teamwork, openness, and continuous improvement.
