Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect for the EMEA region to own end-to-end delivery of deployments at major banks and financial institutions. You will design architecture, guide integrations, and ensure successful production rollout across customer infrastructures.

The role requires a hands-on software development mindset, strong IT security knowledge, and experience with cloud platforms. You will engage in strategic pre-sales activities and mentor teams to meet high standards of delivery.

Qualifications

Experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
Hands-on software development mindset and technical leadership.
Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience.
Proven enterprise architecture experience and ability to set technical standards.
Pre-sales exposure is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of Fireblocks implementations in the EMEA region, from deal close to production.
Define enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
Codify reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery in EMEA.
Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to resolve complex integration challenges.
Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
