Job summary

Siemens Industry Software GmbH is seeking an EMEA Service Delivery Lead to manage regional SD Managers and delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will ensure region-wide service quality, governance, and programme execution in a global context.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in service delivery or infrastructure operations with regional responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM (ITIL) and service level management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional SD Managers and ensure end-to-end engineering support across EMEA.
• Own regional SLO/SLA performance and report targets.
• Drive GOE-aligned processes and regional programme delivery.
• Escalation point for service issues and critical incidents.
• Oversee CMDB accuracy, asset management, and monitoring compliance.
