Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a high-energy Services Program Manager to drive successful electronic design services projects within Consulting Services. You will collaborate across account teams and leadership to scope, estimate, and deliver complex programs that meet customer outcomes.

You will manage plans, budgets, and resources, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering data-driven status updates. This role blends technical leadership with strategic program management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading complex electronic design projects from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of PCB development lifecycle including NPI processes.
• Proficiency in High-Speed Design analysis and related tools.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS deployments or managed services in EDA/PCB domain.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project governance; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and track record of contract renewals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams and technical leads to drive sales campaigns and opportunities.
• Capture objectives and requirements using structured discovery processes.
• Lead the technical scoping process; translate requirements into detailed estimates and proposals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans—scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables.
• Oversee and drive project execution; ensure quality and manage risks and dependencies.
• Implement governance, track KPIs, and report status and progress to stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships; act as primary contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes and metrics.
