Job summary

Bloomberg Enterprise Data in London seeks a dynamic leader to head the Global Service Delivery regional team for the EMEA region. You will guide five functions, drive client satisfaction, and partner with Sales to grow revenue, while embedding a culture of service excellence and accountability.

Reporting to the Global Head of Service Delivery, you will shape strategy, mentor managers, and deliver operational discipline in a rapidly evolving data services environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of market data delivery and distribution technologies.

• Strong leadership, strategic vision and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams to drive adoption.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement through technology.
