Job summary

Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, in London seeks a Trainer, Support & Operations, EMEA. You will design and deliver scalable education programs for Host Markets, providing system knowledge and practical skills for Host-based operations, including onboarding and product training across TM1 and related tools.

You will travel as required, support in-person and LMS-based learning, collaborate with EP and CAM teams, and host Client Education Day sessions to showcase product updates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training teams in entertainment and ticketing.
• Knowledge of Event Programming processes and best practices.
• Experience delivering training in live, virtual, and LMS formats.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and role-based learning pathways for EP and CAM audiences.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually with effective knowledge transfer.
• Travel as required to deliver training across the region.
• Create and publish e-learning content within the LMS.
• Develop modular learning assets to scale education regionally.
