Job summary

Amazon’s eero CS team is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to own the end-to-end learning experience for audiences across the EMEA region. You will design and deliver training to reduce customer issues and improve product adoption, building scalable programs with measurable performance improvements.

You will partner with leaders to identify innovative session methods, execute the L&D roadmap, and leverage AI to enhance training development and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a training role, including technical training.
• Experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.
• Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions.
• Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (<25%).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training across modalities—virtual, in-person, and self-paced.
• Serve as SME and address policies, tools, and practices in real time.
• Collaborate with L&D to innovate session delivery and address learning opportunities.
• Execute on the L&D roadmap and meet deliverables on time; use AI to improve efficiency.
• Track KPIs and report on program impact; ensure accessibility and inclusive presentation.
