Job summary

LogicGate is seeking an EMEA Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical advisor and platform architect for enterprise accounts across the EMEA market. You will map client processes to Risk Cloud, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities while mitigating churn risks.

You will work autonomously with deep GRC domain expertise, mentor teammates, and collaborate with sales and solutions engineering on complex platform implementations and regulatory advisory across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical customer success.
• Experience presenting to C-suite risk executives (e.g., CISOs, Chief Risk Officers).
• Direct experience in enterprise SaaS, governance, risk, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise as primary technical contact for enterprise accounts in the EMEA TAM portfolio.
• Map client business processes to Risk Cloud, drive adoption and expansion.
• Forecast renewal health and manage churn risk proactively.
• Educate teams on Risk Cloud AI capabilities and automation to reduce admin overhead.
• Mentor junior team members on GRC advisory best practices.
