Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the EMEA region to join the Professional Services team. You will lead implementations, drive adoption of Chainguard images, and partner with sales, support, product, and engineering to deliver secure open source solutions.

You will act as the customer-facing technical leader, ensure a smooth onboarding lifecycle, and help customers realize value while aligning with Chainguard's customer-obsessed culture and security-first approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing high performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience with software development processes and design concepts.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images.
• Partner with the account team (AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support) to understand customer vision and drive strategy.
• Ensure Chainguard Images are of highest quality - acting as “customer zero” and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to convey customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Maintain appropriate account level architecture and share best practices across the organization.
• Be a team player - collaborate, teach, and learn from the Chainguard team.
