Chainguard is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical implementations and enable customers to securely use Chainguard open source images. You will work with account teams to align on customer goals, test and document deployments, and prioritize image builds with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering high-performance multi-tier apps.
• Strong Kubernetes and containers experience.
• Able to communicate technical details to diverse audiences.
• Continuous learner with a drive for excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• Solid experience with software development processes and design concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account teams to understand customer vision and drive value realization.
• Ensure Chainguard images are tested and documented for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convey customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the org.
• Be a collaborative team player, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
