Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - EMEA (Professional Services) to join our Customer Success team. You will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard to build secure software, acting as the face of Chainguard to end users.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into prioritized work, driving adoption and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience across the org. This role requires strong communication and travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing high performance multi-tier applications with Kubernetes and containers.
• Ability to communicate technical information to engineers and executives alike.
• Continuous learner with drive for excellence and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images across organizations.
• Partner with account teams to understand customer vision and drive value realization and retention.
• Ensure Chainguard Images are of highest quality by testing, documenting, and smoothing onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convey customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Maintain architecture at account level and share best practices across the organization.
• Be a team player, collaborating, teaching, and learning with Chainguard team.
