Wizards of the Coast in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Wizards Play Network for the EMEA region. You will drive development, execution, and optimization of commercial programs to support retailers and enhance the player experience.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of strategic program leadership in retail or B2B, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of demonstratable experience developing strategy and executing scalable commercial/gtm programs in a retail, CPG, or B2B environment.
• Experience navigating and leading through ambiguity and change.
• Experience working in international environments is a must.

Responsabilités

• Strategy to action: Bring global strategy to life in EMEA by working with Trade Marketing, Operations, Finance and others.
• Go-to-market execution: Create the GTM roadmap and own execution from start to finish.
• Customer & partner success: Help partners and customers adopt new programs with minimal disruption.
• Cross-team leadership: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Play teams to align programs with business goals.
• Vendor account management: Build and lead relationships with external service vendors and agencies for best rates and quality.
• Voice of the customer: Build a feedback loop with retailers and convert insights into actionable input for internal teams.
