Job summary

Munchkin in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Category Manager, EMEA to accelerate growth across the UK and wider Europe, translating data into actionable strategies and leading distribution expansion.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and distributors, turning insights into compelling category stories. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and travel to meet customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years' work experience in category management and/or insights
• Expert in Excel, strong PowerPoint skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; storytelling with insights
• FMCG or consumer-facing industry experience
• Excel Power Query knowledge

Responsibilities

• Apply category management best practices across multiple customers
• Analyze category and brand performance; identify opportunities and risks and make recommendations
• Lead performance workshops and present insights to buyers
• Maintain a reporting suite with multiple data sources; strong Excel skills required
• Manage data sources (GFK, IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, dunnhumby, Jungle Scout) and relationships
• Conduct quantitative research and shopper insights; audit baby aisle metrics
• Support NPD analysis to drive faster, better financial and sales performance
• Other duties as assigned
