Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management or Partnership Management.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of £1m plus ARR.
• Proficiency in the German language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for designated customers and establish trusted relationships.
• Help customers achieve success and increase adoption of the Unily platform.
• Conduct regular business reviews post product implementation.
