Job summary

ICTS is seeking an ESCC Controller based in Hammersmith, London. You will manage incident monitoring, escalation, and reporting across the EMEA region, providing expert monitoring and response for alarms, CCTV and access control systems.

You will troubleshoot security systems hardware/software and escalate when needed, following SOPs to ensure continuous protection and timely incident resolution.

• Deliver incident monitoring, escalation and reporting across the EMEA region.
• Provide monitoring, response and resolution of alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot issues relating to security systems hardware and software and escalate per SOPs.
