Job summary

ICTS (UK) Ltd is seeking an EMEA Security Control Centre Controller based in London to monitor, escalate, and report on regional security incidents. You will provide expert monitoring, response, and resolution for alarms, CCTV, and access control, using mass notification and open-source tools while ensuring SOP-based escalation.

You will work with ESCC Supervisors, Intel Analysts, and Contract Management to maintain high service levels, develop incident reports, and deliver timely security

Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum 1 year in a National/Regional SOC environment.
• Experience with physical security systems: CCTV, intrusion, access control; social listening platforms.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maximum operational efficiency; collaborate with contract management, security systems & ESCC supervisors and Intel Analysts.
• Create and manage incident reports per the Control Room Manual; monitor alert platforms and escalate per SOPs.
• Collate and report security intelligence to safeguard staff traveling or based in the EMEA region.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for security hardware/software; understand site functions including access control and CCTV.
