Job summary

Nerdio is seeking an experienced EMEA SDR Manager to build and lead a multilingual, multi-country SDR team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will own pipeline targets, coach the team, and drive performance in a fast-moving cloud software environment.

You will hire, onboard, and develop the team, run an operating rhythm of 1:1s and reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Sales Ops to define ICPs, territories and messaging.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in EMEA and growing in-market.
• Proven success entering emerging or under-penetrated markets and building pipeline.
• Experience with multilingual, multi-country teams and regional buying behavior.
• Hands-on coaching style; credible on phone and in inbox.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Creativity in outbound; test new messaging, channels, and plays.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve prospecting or coaching.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech company.
• Strong written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA SDR team.
• Own pipeline targets across EMEA and hold the team accountable to them.
• Build and run market-entry plays for emerging EMEA markets: ICP definition, territory and account planning, localized messaging, and channel and partner-led motions.
• Develop pipeline strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
• Coach by doing: join live calls, role-play, co-write outreach, and model best-in-class prospecting.
• Use pipeline, conversion, and activity data to find what's working, fix what isn't, and forecast accurately.
• Bring AI into the team's daily workflow (research, personalization, sequencing, call review) and train SDRs to use it well.
• Run a tight operating rhythm: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing on territory design, lead routing, and campaign alignment
