Job summary

Fluence is seeking a technically adept sales enablement professional to support the Sales team with high‑impact tools and technical materials across the EMEA region, enabling rapid customer wins. You will capture customer requirements to influence product roadmaps and help negotiate contracts, ensuring engineered designs meet local codes and energy regulations.

Travel to engage key clients and drive project initiatives across multiple markets is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Experience in power, renewable energy or BESS industry.
Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate results to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in offer management or technical contract review.
Hands-on CRM and engineering tools experience (Salesforce, CAD).
Knowledge of local standards and energy regulations.
Strong ownership and drive to close opportunities.
Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication in a collaborative environment.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and management of high-impact sales tools and technical support materials.
Work with Sales to negotiate and resolve technical aspects of customer contracts.
Capture customer requirements to influence product roadmaps.
Support development of engineered designs to meet codes and standards.
Identify and address technical deviations within the team and across functions.
Travel across the EMEA region to support key client engagements.
