Job summary

Fluence Energy is seeking a technically capable professional to empower the sales team by developing high-impact tools and materials. You will collaborate with Sales to address contractual and technical aspects of deals, and translate customer requirements into product roadmap insights.

The role requires engineering background, experience in power or BESS, proficiency with CRM and CAD, and the ability to travel across the EMEA region to support key client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in power, renewable energy, or BESS industry.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate results.
• Experience in offer management or technical contract review.
• Proficiency with CRM and engineering tools; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and management of sales tools.
• Work with Sales to negotiate and resolve technical aspects of deals.
• Capture customer requirements to influence product roadmaps.
• Support compliant engineered designs per local codes and standards.
• Travel across the EMEA region to support client engagements.
