Job summary

Eaton Group seeks a Sales Development Program & Training Manager to drive segment strategy implementation across EMEA sales teams. The role combines training, coaching, content localization, enablement, and change management to ensure standards are localized and adopted for value-based selling of Eaton’s offerings.

You will lead ILT/VILT, mentor local Train-the-Trainer champions, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Segment Leaders, Product Divisions, and Marketing to align training with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in sales with a quota-carrying role preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual ILT (VILT) sessions tailored to segment strategy.
• Localize training content for regional and segment-specific needs.
• Lead change management initiatives and enablement across markets.
• Own end-to-end program management with governance and reporting cadence.
