Job summary

Spotify, based in London, seeks an experienced Sales Trainer to build and deliver training programs for its global Sales teams. You will partner with leaders to shape the training strategy, run onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person), and collaborate with Product Marketing to train teams on new ad products and positioning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a sales trainer.
• Knowledge of the digital media landscape and programmatic advertising or social platforms.
• Engaging facilitator with the ability to adapt style to different learners.
• Experience delivering end-to-end training programs from needs assessment to facilitation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with learners, managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
• Sales or media buying experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to define and execute the training strategy for our EMEA sales teams.
• Deliver engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, both virtually and in person.
• Collaborate with Product and Business Marketing to train teams on new ad products and positioning.
• Design and facilitate dynamic sales skills workshops for sales and support teams.
• Conduct needs assessments, create learning materials, and deliver engaging content.
• Provide personalized coaching to sales staff to help elevate performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and continuously improve based on feedback and results.
