Job summary

NetDocuments in Reading is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist for our EMEA team. This role focuses on coaching sellers to improve performance and delivering both individual and group training while aligning with global resources and best practices. You will work closely with the U.S.

team on sales skills, tools like Gong and Salesforce, and product knowledge. You’ll be in our Reading office 2 to 3 days a week and remote the rest, with occasional on-site weeks for training.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years combined across sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement, including at least 1 year as a successful seller with a sales quota.
• Experience training, coaching, and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Coach individual sellers to raise their performance, through call coaching, deal reviews, and immediate feedback
• Help design and deliver group training, from short sessions to more detailed training
• Teach sellers the NetDocuments product, our sales process, and our sales tech
• Onboard new hires and help interview candidates
• Adapt existing materials and create new ones as needs come up
